Translator Partnerships at Crimson Life Sciences

Support for Japan

Crimson Life Sciences actively supports the relief and rebuilding efforts in Japan. Crimson has provided pro bono translations for emergency respiration systems, is coordinating financial contributions for general relief, and is actively working to provide in-kind donations of critical medical devices. We are inspired by the spirit of the Japanese people, saddened by their tragic loss, and committed to the rebuilding of Japan

Why Crimson Partners are Successful

I founded Crimson in 1992. Since then, Crimson has grown to become the only translation organization in the world to be exclusively devoted to the medical device industry and the only one to be certified to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971. Crimson provides the highest quality translations of regulatory, labeling, and marketing content for the Japanese medical device market. In this way, we support the health and well-being of the Japanese people.

In a large part, Crimson’s history of success is thanks to our long-time work with an outstanding group of professional translators. We are proud that many of our translator-colleagues have chosen to work with Crimson for decades. I believe this is because we think of our translators as partners who have the same goal in mind: outstanding quality for our clients. Our work together helps to improve the lives of Japanese people, because it helps to speed regulatory approval for life-assisting and life-saving medical devices.

We would like to extend this same partnership to you; Crimson is now accepting applications for qualified medical device translators – and we look forward to working together.

How to Become a Crimson Partner

Crimson is interested in working with medical device translators who are dedicated to producing excellent quality. We are also interested in working with translators who are flexible and willing to try new methods and approaches in order to keep the cost of into-Japanese translation affordable for manufacturers of critical medical devices. In this way, we help to ensure access to the most advanced medical technology for all of the people of Japan.
